PRE-TREATMENT DEALS WITH THE REMOVAL OF NATURAL AND ADDED IMPURITIES FROM THE FABRIC AND THIS IS THE MOST ESSENTIAL PART BEFORE FURTHER PROCESSING OF FABRICS.EFFICIENTLY PRE-TREATED FABRIC SHOWS BETTER DYEABILITY AND GOOD FINISHING PROPERTIES.
POST SCOURING AND MERCERISATION, FABRIC/YARNS ARE PROCESSED FOR DYING AND PRINTING WHICH DEMANDS A VERY HIGH QUALITY AUXILIARY CHEMICALS FOR OBTAINING UNIFORM COLOUR SHADES. DETAILS OF OUR RANGE OF TEXTILE COLOURATION CHEMICALS ARE PORTRAYED.
FINISHING IS THE MOST VITAL PART OF THE TEXTILE PROCESSING, WHERE THE FINAL TOUCH & VALUE ADDITION TO THE FABRICS & YARNS ARE INCULCATED THROUGH THE MODIFICATION OF THEIR SURFACE TEXTURE & FEEL.
Desizing Enzymes
Desizing enzymes help in degrading starch size present on cotton fabric and they are specially designed and formulated to meet customer specific requirement and their machinery. To enhance the performance they can be used in combination with a wetting agents and other surfactants.
Wetting agents for desizing
Wetting agents helps in ensuring the uniform penetration of enzyme into the fabric and also keeping the removed impurities in dispersed mode so that they do not Re deposit on the fabric during washing processes
Demineraliser
It helps in removing iron, magnesium and Calcium ions from water which causes hardness in water and thus protect cellulosic fabers and also helps to prevent loss of costly dyes in dying process it further helps to increase the brightness of scoured fabric if added if pretreatment bath.
Wetting agent
Wetting agents are used to ensure that the dye/pigment/other auxiliaries or chemicals get fully penetrated into the fibre, yarn or fabric, thereby generating higher pick up with uniform effect. Wetting agents provide faster processing speed in various stages of preparation, colouration &finishing of textile substrates.
Bleaching Assistants - Peroxide Stabiliser
In bleaching process the peroxide stabiliser helps a uniform & control release of peroxy ions and thereby ensures uniform bleaching. It forms complex with metal ions and thereby minimizes scaling on the machines. Such a controlled bleached substrate is
softer & is better prepared for uniform dyeing & printing
Bleaching Assistants - Peroxide Killers
The peroxide killer is used to remove the residual peroxide from the bleach bath after the processing. They react with hydrogen peroxide (H202), thereby decomposing it into water & oxygen, so that the fabric is free from any peroxide before dyeing.
Drumming agents
Drumming agents are specially designed for the modifications of surface texture of the fabrics for imparting permanent special designed effects like fine grainy crimps/DANA. The substrate, specially polyester fabric is treated along with these products at high temperature & high pressure to achive the desired effect and shrinkage.
Sequesterants
Seqestering agents form complex with calcium & magnesium ion present in the textile processing bath, thereby not allowing them to deposit on fabric surface. Sequestering agents are designed to show good dispersing power that enhances the detergency of
surfactants and also softens water before using in actual processing.
Dye Leveling Agents
Dye levelling agents are used to provide uniform dyeing throughout the yarns &fabrics. They are designed for specific dye classes & fibre type, which act by controlling the exhaustion of the dye on the fabrics. Non-ionic levelling agents usually form water soluble complexes with the dyes, which subsequently gets uniformly distributed throughout the yarns & fabrics.
Leveling Agent for Cotton Dyeing
Reduction Clearing Agents are used to remove loose dye particles from polyester fabrics after dyeing & printing. Overall fastness properties of the dyed fabric is improved by this treatment& the staining of undyed proportion of the goods is prevented.
Acetic Acid Replacement & Core Alkali Neutralizer
Acetic acid is used in the neutralisation of cotton, cellulosic, synthetic & blended fabrics after scouring, bleaching & mercerisation work so that they are ready for dyeing. We has unique acid neutralisers which work as core alkali neutralisers. They penetrate inside the fibre core, leaving no residual alkali like caustic & soda ash on the fabric. These acid replacements can also be added in the disperse dyeing bath of polyester in high temperature & high pressure processes.
Washing off Agents
Washing off agents are used to remove the unfixed dyestuffs from yarns & fabrics after dyeing, so that the resultant fabric does not cause bleeding during finishing & domestic laundering. They also remove the residual salts & alkali used during dyeing of cotton substates. Washing off agents also remove hydrolysed & non-hydrolysed dyes from the fibres when treated at elevated temperature and in turn helps to achieve high wet fastness on dyed substates.
Anticreasing lubricating Agent
Anticreasing Lubricating agents are used in the various stages of wet processing of yarns & fabrics, including pretreatment, dyeing, finishing & garment washing, to prevent creases 8: chafe marks. Due to the lubrication effect such additives also reduces fibre to fibre & fibre to metal frictions, specially in case of high shear wet processing applications of fabric in rope form. They are also helpful in garment processing to prevent surface hairiness. Such lubricants prevent the fabric from becoming rigid & deformed in high temperature processing and thus maintaining their original surface texture.
Dye Fixing Agents
Dye Fixing agents are used after dyeing to improve the fastness properties of the dyed goods. These products either react chemically to bond with unused dye sites or form a barrier, locking the dyestuff onto the fibre. Wash fastness, crock fastness, cold water bleeding, perspiration fastness & crock fastness properties are significantly improved using proper dye fixing agents.
Softeners
Softeners are used on textile substrates in the final treatment to enhance feel & drape where they improve the aesthetic value of textiles. Softeners impart surface smoothness, inner softness, suppleness. bulkiness. superior absorbancy & resilience to textile substrates. Softeners also function as lubricants which improves the sewing & knitting ability of the fabrics.
Cationic Softners
Cationic Softenets are used on a wide variety of fabrics, yarns & process as the most economic option of enhancing the feel. Cationic softeners having high affinity to cellulosic fiber can be applied by exhaust as well as padding method.
Non-ionic Softners
Nonionic Softners are popular for their non-yellowing nature & for imparting body with soft feel on fabrics. Because of thrift non-ionic nature, they are compatible to most of the finishing chemicals, resins & additives. They are popular in continuous finishing of cotton polin, shirting & interlining fabrics.
Silicone Softners
Silicones are most durable softeners for textile substrates, which offer high level of inner softness, surface smoothness with silky feel, resilience & lubricity to fibres. Reactive type silicone softeners impart durable softeness which are fast to several laundry washings.
Polyethylene Softners
Polyethylene Softeners are used for surface smoothness, lubricity, softness & body. Besides lowering fibre-to-fibre frictions such finishes improve the tearing strength and sewability of the fabric. lt also increases the sewability &knitting efficiency of yarns.
